Who we are

Cambridge University Robotics (CuR) is a student-run society that loves robotics. From making awe-inspiring robots to participating in competitions, we are the go-to society in the university for everything robotics-related. Our society strives to make robotics accessible to people like you.

Our Projects

Wise Angel Drone

  • Wise Angel is about building drones that can be used for a variety of purposes, such as search and rescue operations, aerial supply delivery and agricultural use. They can be programmed to fly planned routes and perform given tasks, making them highly versatile to a variety of utilisations.

INMOOV

  • In the project, you will spend a year as a team designing and building a weaponised robot, and then spend a weekend in the summer destroying it in an arena with a ton of other similarly-doomed robots at labman fightfest. It’s awesome!

Combat Robotics

  • In INMOOV we are making a humanoid robot! If you’re interested in electronics, software, or mechanical there’s a job for you! fantastic for all skill levels. there is already a main body but plenty of work can be done to improve it!
